Project Background

Shenyang Hunnan District Planning Exhibition Hall acts as an important urban public window. It receives government delegations, enterprise guests, student study‑tour groups and local citizens every year. Hence, the client required far more than simple wall decoration. First of all, they needed divided themed zones to display district development history, key industry achievements and future urban planning layout. In addition, they hoped to build large‑scale physical city sand‑table platforms and multiple interactive digital experience areas for visitors. Meanwhile, logical group‑tour circulation routes, VIP reception rooms and public rest corners were required for official visits and public sightseeing. What is more, all interior structures, multi‑media hardware and circuit systems must meet strict fire‑safety and electrical standards for long‑term public opening.

Core Project Challenges

To start with, this public showroom contains oversized sand‑table load‑bearing platforms and many irregular curved display structures. As a result, it required high‑precision pre‑fabrication and stable on‑site assembly. Secondly, static history panels, physical city models and diverse interactive digital devices needed reasonable layout without breaking the overall neat spatial effect. Furthermore, we had to separate history exhibition, planning display, interactive experience and VIP reception zones clearly inside the fixed building space, while keeping smooth one‑way visiting routes for large‑size tourist groups. Besides, large‑area graphic walls needed colour stability for long‑time light exposure. Solutions & Execution Process

They built fixed heavy‑load exhibition frameworks, installed city‑model sand‑table bases, mounted large‑themed graphic walls, embedded multi‑media interactive equipment and completed full‑circuit debugging.
