Project Background

Geyi Integrated Circuits is a high‑tech enterprise focused on chip research and development. It built this headquarters showroom to receive government officials, industry partners, university student groups and technical visitors. Hence, the client needed far more than simple wall decoration. First of all, they required divided functional zones to show corporate development history, chip R&D achievements and core product samples. In addition, they hoped to set up immersive interactive exhibition areas to explain complex integrated‑circuit knowledge in an easy‑to‑understand way. Meanwhile, logical group‑tour visiting routes and small‑size discussion corners were needed for technical exchanges. What is more, all interior structures, embedded multi‑media hardware and circuit systems must meet strict permanent‑building fire‑safety and electrical standards for long‑term daily opening.

Core Project Challenges

To start with, this tech‑themed showroom uses plenty of curved, irregular special‑shaped structures. As a result, it demanded high‑precision pre‑fabrication and on‑site assembly work. Secondly, it needed to combine static graphic panels, physical chip samples and multi‑media interactive devices. Our team had to arrange hardware positions reasonably without breaking the clean futuristic visual effect. Furthermore, we had to separate history exhibition, product showcase, interactive experience and guest discussion zones clearly within the fixed building space, while keeping smooth one‑way tour paths for large visiting groups. Besides, many precision display cabinets for tiny chip samples required anti‑dust and anti‑glare lighting treatment. Last but not least, on‑site construction must coordinate with the original building’s civil engineering and strictly control dust and noise.

Solutions & Execution Process

First off, our design team deeply studied Geyi Integrated Circuits’ corporate positioning, chip‑industry characteristics and the original building spatial conditions. Next, we created multiple 3‑D spatial‑planning drafts. After several rounds of client feedback and revision, we locked the final showroom layout. Correspondingly, we divided the whole showroom into four practical functional blocks: front‑entrance tech‑style corporate‑image zone, middle enterprise‑history & chip‑technology exhibition zone, physical‑sample & multi‑media interactive‑experience zone, and rear guest technical‑discussion and temporary‑rest zone.

Moreover, our engineering team selected wear‑resistant, long‑service‑life materials for permanent showroom operation. We custom‑made curved decorative structures, precision chip‑sample display cabinets and reserved installation positions for interactive devices. Right after design approval, all custom‑made structural parts, display units and graphic components were produced inside PHILFLY’s own manufacturing base. Our team completed structural stability tests, anti‑glare light debugging and factory pre‑assembly inspection. After full‑quality confirmation, all finished modules were carefully packed and transported to the showroom site.

Once materials arrived onsite, our skilled construction team carried out step‑by‑step installation work. They built fixed special‑shaped exhibition frameworks, installed precision sample display cabinets, mounted large‑format tech‑style graphic walls, embedded interactive multi‑media equipment and completed full‑circuit debugging. Throughout the whole construction phase, our dedicated project manager kept continuous real‑time communication with the client and property management. Whenever minor onsite adjustments for tech‑display effects appeared, our team delivered fast and compliant solutions.

Project Outcome

In the end, the Geyi Integrated Circuits Headquarters Showroom fully passed safety inspection and official acceptance and was successfully delivered. Futuristic minimalist tech styling perfectly matched the high‑tech chip‑enterprise positioning. Clear partition of each functional area guided visiting groups along logical tour routes. History panels, real chip samples and immersive interactive devices worked together to present corporate strength and complicated integrated‑circuit knowledge in a vivid way. In addition, independent discussion corners supported in‑depth technical communication for visiting guests.

This high‑tech permanent showroom project fully demonstrates PHILFLY’s comprehensive strength in Booth Design & Construction, complete‑chain Exhibition Service and corporate Showroom custom building. From early‑stage concept design, factory custom fabrication and logistics transport, to on‑site installation and final project acceptance, we manage every single workflow. We stick to our core business principle: win clients through real professional strength instead of low‑price competition.
