MOEXT International Sanitary Ware Expo

Project Background

International sanitary ware expos gather global bathroom dealers, engineering buyers and interior designers. Hence, the client expected more than a simple branded booth. First of all, they needed stable load‑bearing display platforms to place bathtubs, smart toilets, faucets and shower sets. In addition, they hoped to build real‑life bathroom scene zones so visitors could feel product texture and matching effects directly. Meanwhile, quiet semi‑closed negotiation areas were required for business talks with overseas purchasers. Last but not least, all assembly work must be finished within the tight venue build‑up schedule before opening day.

Core Project Challenges

To start with, sanitary‑ware products are heavy. So the stand frame and display platforms needed reinforced structures to meet load‑bearing safety requirements. Secondly, precise spotlight planning was critical; proper lighting had to highlight ceramic gloss and metal hardware details. Besides, the booth had to separate display zones, experience zones and negotiation zones clearly, while keeping wide, smooth visitor passages to avoid crowd jams. Moreover, all decorative materials and circuit layouts must follow strict exhibition‑hall fire and electrical safety standards. Finally, the whole production and installation workflow needed strict time control to match the short on‑site construction window.

Solutions & Execution Process

First off, our design team studied the client’s full product line and high‑end brand positioning carefully. Then we created multiple 3‑D render drafts. After repeated client feedback and revisions, we locked the final layout. We chose an open‑style entrance design. Correspondingly, we divided the whole booth into four practical functional blocks: front‑side brand image zone, central heavy‑duty product display platforms, simulated bathroom scene‑experience area, and rear semi‑private negotiation plus hidden material‑storage zone.

In addition, our engineers strengthened display platforms and under‑floor support frames for heavy sanitary‑ware exhibits. We also arranged adjustable spotlights at key positions, to show ceramic surface gloss and metal fitting texture perfectly. Right after design approval, all booth modules were produced inside PHILFLY’s own manufacturing base. Our workers carried out load‑bearing tests, surface finishing and circuit pre‑checks during fabrication. After factory pre‑assembly and full‑quality inspection, all finished parts were well packed and shipped to the expo venue.

Once all materials arrived at the venue, our professional construction team performed step‑by‑step on‑site work. We built main reinforced frameworks, installed heavy‑load display platforms, mounted brand light boxes and large graphic walls, and completed full lighting and circuit debugging. Throughout the whole build‑up phase, our dedicated project manager kept close communication with the client. Whenever small‑scale on‑site adjustments were needed, our team gave fast responses and feasible solutions.

Project Outcome

In the end, this custom‑built booth for the international sanitary ware expo was fully finished on schedule. Minimalist modern styling fitted the brand’s high‑end positioning. Reinforced platforms safely held all heavy bathroom products. Targeted spotlighting brought out the fine texture of ceramics and metal hardware. What is more, the simulated bathroom scene areas drew large numbers of passing buyers. Prospective partners could view exhibits, experience product effects and carry out undisturbed business discussions in negotiation zones.

This real‑world case fully proves PHILFLY’s solid competence in booth design & construction and complete‑chain exhibition service. From early‑stage concept design, factory production and logistics transport, to on‑site installation and post‑show dismantling, we take charge of every single link.
