International Food Expo

Project Background

International food expos gather thousands of food suppliers, distributors and bulk buyers from all over the world. Hence, an effective booth should do more than just show brand logos. On one hand, it needs open shelves to place food samples and product packages. On the other hand, it has to create comfortable zones for face‑to‑face business talks. Moreover, the client hoped the booth would catch passing visitors’ eyes quickly. At the same time, they required hidden storage space for extra goods, and the whole build‑in work must finish within the tight venue time window before opening day.

Core Project Challenges

First of all, food exhibits need many open shelving units, yet we could not make the space feel crowded. Meanwhile, smooth walking paths must be kept for heavy foot traffic. Secondly, all materials and structures need to follow exhibition‑hall safety and fire‑proof standards for food‑related display areas. Besides, graphic branding, product shelves, reception counter and storage sections had to fit neatly into the limited booth footprint. Last but not least, the on‑site assembly schedule was short; every fabrication and installation step needed precise time control.

Solutions & Execution Process

To start with, our design team studied the client’s product line and brand style carefully. Then we produced multiple 3D render drafts. After several rounds of feedback and revision, we locked the final layout. We chose an open‑style booth structure. As a result, outside visitors can easily look inside from different directions. Furthermore, we split the space into clear zones: front product display area, central reception counter, side sample‑showcase shelving and back‑end hidden storage space.

Next, all booth components were manufactured in PHILFLY’s own production base. During fabrication, our workers paid close attention to shelf height, load‑bearing capacity and surface finishing. What is more, we reserved enough positions for brand light boxes and large graphic panels. After factory pre‑assembly and quality checks, finished parts were packed and shipped to the expo venue.

Once materials arrived at the site, our professional construction team carried out installation step‑by‑step. We built the main framework, mounted graphic walls, fixed display shelves, set up the reception desk, and tested all lighting systems. Throughout the whole phase, our project manager kept constant communication with the client. Whenever small adjustments were needed, our team gave fast responses.

Project Outcome

In the end, this custom food‑expo booth was fully completed on schedule. Clean white‑tone structures matched warm wood details, which created a fresh, welcoming atmosphere for food products. Since each functional zone was well separated, visitors could browse samples freely without crowding. Meanwhile, business buyers could sit down for quiet negotiations at the reception area.

This project fully proves PHILFLY’s strengths in booth design & construction and complete exhibition service. From concept design, in‑house production, logistics transport to on‑site build‑up, we handle every link. We stick to our core value: win customers by real‑world professional strength, rather than low‑price competition.
