Project Background
International Sanitary Ware Expo gathers bathroom suppliers, global dealers, engineering buyers and interior designers from many countries. Therefore, the client expected far more than a simple branded booth. First of all, they needed reinforced display platforms to place bathtubs, smart toilets, faucets and shower systems. Besides, they wanted simulated bathroom scene zones so visitors could feel real‑world matching effects directly. Meanwhile, semi‑closed quiet negotiation areas were required for deep business talks with overseas purchasers. On top of that, all on‑site assembly work had to be finished within the strict short build‑up time window before exhibition opening.
Core Project Challenges
To start with, most sanitary‑ware products carry heavy weight. As a result, display platforms and under‑frame structures must meet strict load‑bearing safety standards. Secondly, targeted lighting setup was critical; proper spotlights should highlight ceramic gloss and fine metal hardware details. Furthermore, we needed to separate product display zones, experience zones and negotiation zones clearly, while keeping wide and smooth walkways to avoid visitor crowding. What is more, all decorative materials and circuit layouts must follow venue fire‑safety and electrical codes. Last but not least, design, factory production and on‑site installation needed tight time management for the limited site construction period.
Solutions & Execution Process
First off, our design team carefully studied the client’s full product range and high‑end brand positioning. Next, we created multiple 3‑D render drafts. After several rounds of client feedback and revision, we confirmed the final layout. We adopted an open‑entry booth layout. Correspondingly, we divided the whole booth into four practical functional blocks: front brand image wall, central heavy‑duty product display platforms, simulated bathroom scene‑experience zone, and rear semi‑private negotiation plus hidden storage zone.
Moreover, our engineering team strengthened display platforms and bottom support frames to hold heavy bathroom exhibits. We also arranged adjustable spotlights at key positions, to better show ceramic surface gloss and hardware texture. Right after design approval, all booth modules were produced in‑house at PHILFLY’s large manufacturing base. Our staff completed load‑bearing tests, surface finishing and pre‑circuit checks during fabrication. After factory pre‑assembly and full quality inspection, all finished components were securely packed and shipped to the expo venue.
Once materials arrived at the venue, our professional construction team performed step‑by‑step on‑site execution. They built reinforced main frameworks, installed heavy‑load display platforms, mounted brand light boxes and large graphic walls, and finished lighting and circuit debugging. Throughout the whole build‑up phase, our dedicated project manager kept close real‑time communication with the client. Whenever minor on‑site changes were needed, our team offered fast and workable solutions.
Project Outcome
In the end, this custom‑built booth for the International Sanitary Ware Expo passed venue inspection and opened on schedule. Minimalist modern styling matched the brand’s premium positioning perfectly. Reinforced platforms safely supported all heavy sanitary‑ware exhibits. Targeted spotlights brought out fine texture of ceramics and metal fittings. In addition, the simulated bathroom scene areas attracted large groups of professional buyers. Prospective partners could view exhibits, experience real‑scene effects and hold undisturbed business discussions inside negotiation zones.
This real‑world case fully proves PHILFLY’s solid competence in booth design & construction and complete‑chain exhibition service. From early‑stage concept design, factory manufacturing and logistics transport, to on‑site installation and post‑show dismantling, we take charge of every workflow. We stick to our core business principle: win clients through true professional strength instead of low‑price competition.
