Project Background
This 2,300‑sqm lifestyle experience center acts as a comprehensive brand display venue. It receives business clients, design partners and mass visiting customers every day. Hence, the client required far more than simple interior decoration. First of all, they needed multiple simulated home‑living scene areas to show complete kitchen, dining and living‑space solutions. In addition, they hoped to build a material sample exhibition zone for different boards, fabrics and decorative finishes. Meanwhile, an open smart lab workspace and independent brand reception lounge were required for design communication and guest reception. What is more, all interior structures, custom furnishings and circuit systems must meet strict public‑venue fire‑safety standards for long‑term daily operation.
Core Project Challenges
To start with, the total space covers 2,300 square meters. As a result, reasonable zone division and smooth visitor circulation routes became a primary challenge. Secondly, multiple real‑simulated living scenes needed custom‑made non‑standard furniture and display units, which demanded high‑precision fabrication. Furthermore, material‑sample display areas needed classified storage and presentation of numerous decorative materials without making the space cluttered. Besides, construction work had to coordinate with the original large‑area building structure, and strictly control construction cycle, noise and dust. Last but not least, different zones required differentiated lighting schemes; warm atmosphere for living scenes and clear bright light for material sample viewing.
Solutions & Execution Process
First off, our design team deeply studied the brand’s lifestyle positioning and the original building’s large‑space conditions. Next, we created multiple sets of 3‑D spatial‑planning drafts. After several rounds of client feedback and revision, we locked the final layout. Correspondingly, we divided the whole experience center into four practical functional blocks: front‑entrance brand reception lobby, middle multi‑scene home‑simulation display zone, decorative‑material sample exhibition area, and rear smart‑lab creative workspace.
Moreover, our engineering team selected wear‑resistant, fire‑proof materials suitable for high‑traffic permanent commercial showroom. We custom‑produced scene furniture, material‑sample display cabinets and space partition structures. Right after design approval, all custom‑made structural parts, furniture modules and graphic components were produced inside PHILFLY’s own manufacturing base. Our team completed structural stability tests, surface‑finishing inspection and factory pre‑assembly checks. After full‑quality confirmation, all finished modules were sorted and delivered to the experience‑center site.
Once materials arrived onsite, our skilled large‑project construction team carried out step‑by‑step installation work. They built fixed space‑partition frameworks, installed full sets of scene furniture, set up material‑sample display systems, mounted brand graphic walls and completed zone‑by‑zone lighting and circuit debugging. Throughout the whole construction phase, our dedicated project manager kept continuous real‑time communication with the client and property management. Whenever minor onsite adjustments for scene‑display effects appeared, our team delivered fast and compliant solutions.
Project Outcome
In the end, the 2,300‑square‑meter lifestyle experience center fully passed safety inspection and official acceptance and was successfully delivered. Unified modern minimalist design style ran through the whole huge space. Clear functional partitions guided visitors smoothly among reception, home‑scene experience, material‑sample viewing and creative‑lab areas. Real‑simulated kitchen, dining and living scenes gave visitors an intuitive feel of lifestyle solutions. Meanwhile, classified material‑sample cabinets and open smart‑lab workspace supported design discussion and business reception needs.
This large‑area commercial‑experience‑space project fully demonstrates PHILFLY’s comprehensive strength in Booth Design & Construction, complete‑chain Exhibition Service and large‑scale commercial Showroom custom building. From early‑stage concept design, factory custom fabrication and logistics transport, to on‑site installation and final project acceptance, we manage every single workflow. We stick to our core business principle: win clients through real professional strength instead of low‑price competition.
