International Maritime Exhibition – South Korea

Project Background

First, PANASIA is a professional brand that focuses on ocean protection and marine treatment equipment. It joined the South Korea International Maritime Exhibition to meet ship owners, marine engineering clients and overseas partners. Next, the brand needed a functional and eye-catching booth. It should clearly display its GloEn-Patrol marine system and PoSDx product series. Besides, the show draws many international visitors, so the booth must support product demos, face-to-face talks and brand introduction.

Core Project Challenges

To start with, the booth needed to fit marine industry style without looking too heavy. The customer wanted open space for visitor flow, while keeping private small meeting spots for business talks. Then, we had to build multiple functional areas in a limited space: reception, product showcase, negotiation tables and digital display screens. What is more, all brand logos and graphic content must be made accurate for overseas exhibition rules in South Korea. Last, the construction schedule was tight. We needed to finish assembly and testing before the exhibition opening day.

Solutions & Execution Process

First, our design team picked blue and white color tones to connect with ocean and marine themes. We added curved counters and overhead branded signage to create a soft, modern look. Meanwhile, we split the booth into clear zones. The front curved reception desk welcomes guests right away. In the middle, round tables and light chairs serve as negotiation areas. On the right side, we set up a glass display cabinet and wall graphics to show PANASIA’s marine equipment. A wall-mounted screen was added to play product videos.

After the design was approved, we moved on to fabrication. We used lightweight, stable materials for fast transport and easy on-site assembly. Next, our local construction team in South Korea carried out booth setup. They installed signage, graphic posters, lighting and digital screens step by step. During the whole process, we kept close communication with the PANASIA team. We adjusted small details such as power layout and display positions to meet their needs. Finally, we finished all checks one day before the exhibition opened.

Project Outcome

In the end, the finished booth matched the design render perfectly. The bright, marine-themed space stood out among many exhibitors. It guided visitors smoothly from reception to product viewing and business discussions. As a result, PANASIA got more chances to introduce its ocean protection machines to maritime industry buyers. Also, the full booth design & construction and exhibition service helped the brand create a professional overseas exhibition image. The customer was happy with the on-site effect and the smooth build process.
