Project Background

Pet Fair Asia is Asia’s top‑tier pet‑industry event. It draws huge crowds including global distributors, retail buyers, pet store owners and mass pet‑loving visitors. Hence, the client wanted much more than a simple backdrop wall. First of all, they needed flexible display racks to show a wide mix of goods: pet snacks, daily supplies, smart pet devices and toy collections. Besides, they hoped to set up open interactive zones for onsite activities and visitor check‑in. Meanwhile, enclosed quiet meeting areas were required for B2B procurement talks with overseas partners. Last but not least, all assembly work must comply with venue safety rules and be finished within the tight build‑up window before the expo opening.

Core Project Challenges

To start with, this expo sees extremely heavy foot traffic. As a result, booth structures and display shelves must be solid and stable to handle large crowds. Secondly, many pet‑food items need dust‑proof and clean display conditions to keep products in good shape. Furthermore, the booth needed to separate product‑show areas, interactive activity zones and negotiation spaces clearly, while keeping wide, smooth walk‑through passages. On top of that, bright, brand‑matching colour graphics had to be well integrated without breaking venue fire‑safety standards. Solutions & Execution Process

First off, our design team studied the client’s brand tone and full pet‑product line carefully. Next, we created multiple 3‑D render options. After several rounds of client feedback and revisions, we locked the final open‑entry layout. Correspondingly, we divided the whole booth into four practical functional blocks: front brand‑image & interactive activity zone, central multi‑layer product‑display shelving area, middle casual reception counter, and rear semi‑closed negotiation plus hidden storage zone for stock and give‑aways.

Moreover, our engineers reinforced shelf frames for heavy‑load product placement. We also added dust‑proof display cabinets for pet‑food samples. Right after design got approved, all booth modules were manufactured at PHILFLY’s own production base. Our team carried out structure stability checks, graphic finishing and pre‑assembly testing in‑house. After full quality inspection, all finished parts were well packed and shipped to the expo venue.

Once materials arrived onsite, our professional construction team performed step‑by‑step installation.
