Project Background
Franke is a world‑famous Swiss high‑end kitchen‑system brand. This exhibition served as an offline product‑launch and display event. It welcomes industry designers, trade buyers, media crews and brand guests. Hence, the client needed far more than simple backdrop walls. First of all, they required multiple 1:1 real‑simulated kitchen‑scene sets to show complete kitchen hardware and appliance combinations. In addition, they hoped to set up functional live‑cooking demonstration stations for on‑site product tests and media live‑stream recording. Meanwhile, independent product‑sample display zones and guest‑communication corners were needed for business talks. What is more, all kitchen‑set structures, water‑electric circuits for cooking equipment and multi‑media hardware must meet strict venue safety rules and be finished within a tight pre‑event build‑up timeline.
Core Project Challenges
To start with, real‑simulated kitchen scenes contain heavy cabinet units and cooking‑appliance equipment. As a result, high‑load‑bearing platforms and standardized water‑electric transformation became core technical challenges. Secondly, each kitchen scene needed to keep unified minimalist high‑grade style, while meeting actual cooking‑demo functional requirements. Furthermore, we had to separate scene‑experience zones, live‑cooking demonstration areas, product‑sample display zones and guest‑communication areas clearly, while reserving wide walk‑through passages for visiting crowds. Besides, many large‑size cabinet modules were pre‑fabricated in‑factory; modular parts needed to suit safe transport and fast on‑site splicing. Last but not least, demonstration‑station power, water supply, lighting and live‑broadcast devices required coordinated joint debugging in limited on‑site working hours.
Solutions & Execution Process
First off, our design team deeply studied Franke’s premium brand visual standards and the actual venue space conditions. Next, we created multiple groups of 3‑D drafts for booth layout and kitchen‑scene modules. After several rounds of client feedback and revision, we locked the final implementation solution. Correspondingly, we divided the whole exhibition booth into four practical functional blocks: front‑entrance brand‑image zone, 1:1 simulated kitchen‑scene‑experience zone, live‑cooking demonstration & media shooting zone, and product‑sample‑display & guest‑negotiation zone.
Moreover, our engineering team reinforced the base of each kitchen‑scene unit to bear cabinets and heavy kitchen appliances. We completed standardized water‑electric reserved positions for cooking demonstration stations, and adopted low‑glare soft lighting to highlight the texture of stainless‑steel and ceramic kitchen products. Right after design approval, all cabinet frameworks, display platforms and graphic components were manufactured inside PHILFLY’s own manufacturing base. Our team completed structural load‑bearing tests, surface‑finish inspection and factory pre‑assembly inspection. After full‑quality confirmation, all modular parts were securely packed and shipped to the exhibition venue.
Once materials arrived on‑site, our professional construction team carried out step‑by‑step installation work. They erected kitchen‑scene cabinet frameworks, installed heavy‑duty product‑bearing platforms, set up live‑cooking demonstration stations, mounted brand graphic panels, and finished unified debugging for water‑electric circuits, lighting and live‑broadcast multi‑media equipment. Throughout the whole build‑up phase, our dedicated project manager kept real‑time communication with the client and venue‑management team. Whenever minor on‑site adjustments for scene‑display or demonstration‑function effects were needed, our team delivered fast and compliant solutions.
Final Project Outcome
In the end, all booth facilities and simulated‑kitchen scenes passed venue safety inspection and opened on schedule for Franke Kitchen Systems exhibition. The overall minimalist high‑quality space perfectly matched Franke’s Swiss premium kitchen‑brand positioning. The 1:1 real‑life kitchen sets allowed visitors to intuitively experience complete kitchen‑system solutions. The live‑cooking demonstration station supported on‑site product testing and multi‑channel media live‑stream recording. At the same time, independent sample‑display and conversation corners created good conditions for in‑depth communication between buyers and brand representatives.
This high‑end home‑appliance brand exhibition project fully demonstrates PHILFLY’s comprehensive strength in Booth Design & Construction, complete‑chain Exhibition Service and brand‑oriented Event project delivery. From early‑stage concept design, factory modular pre‑fabrication and logistics transport, to on‑site installation and post‑event dismantling, we manage every single workflow. We stick to our core business principle: win clients through real professional strength instead of low‑price competition.
